I’m running late, so here’s a quick note to point out some more inaccuracies on Lance Dutson’s blog – just in case he has any readers left. He can’t seem to go more than a week without attacking someone. (Umm…this is where it got deleted. I forget exactly what I said, but it was something to do with with Dutson’s lying and Dann Lewis’s supposedly deleted emails.) Dutson already knew that the only emails that were deleted were individual emails, and short strings that were already included in other, longer strings.And I’m currently researching emails that he received that would have disproved his own ridiculous accusations.I have spring fever today, so I’m feeling brave and brazen. I think I’ll release a few top secret cats from their bags.Well, I heard – mind you, this is just a rumor – but I heard that, after the huge avalanche of FOIA requests that was precipitated by Dutson and his other Troll Wannabes, the word went out in Augusta that (at least for a few weeks) there would be NO MORE EMAILING.Phones calls only.This was the only conceivable solution to the crippling effect of all these requests on the I.T. department, and their over-worked staff. In fact, they are still trying to put a price tag on just how much Lance Dutson has cost us taxpayers.Not only was this money down the tubes, but it was doubly ill spent, since Dutson used it to virtually annihilate Maine’s largest industry.That’s the story going around town.So I heard. If Lance got no more emails, it’s most likely because there just weren’t any.

Thanks to you, the truth is getting out about Dutson. He is indeed, a lunatic and a very mean spirited one at that. It’s just incredible to most people why Janet would stay with such a loser…..maybe she’s also a nutcase? She would have to be. I feel sorry for those kids. Can you imagine having someone like Lance Dutson as a role model?

I heard the AG didn’t find anything. When will that come out? Janet only keeps him because it’s like free daycare. He has no job or prospects.

Still, if Janet Dutson is 44, then how young can those “Kids” be?
(You know, the ‘kids’ who cried, “Daddy! Daddy! Why are those people trying to hurt us, Daddy?”)
I have to admit – it’s awfully strange for the wife of an obviously lying class e felon like Dutson to be the manager of the main branch of a large bank.

Ya know, IMO I think any reference to Janet Dutson or the kids is an act of revenge. Especially any mention to their kids!! I can understand the references to Lance, but Janet and the kids have done no wrong. They are not in the limelight and she works in the private sector. Dann and Sherry, on the other hand, have placed themselves in harms way navigating the complexities of public service. Unfortunately they ran into rough waters and things did not go so well. What have Janet and the kids done, NOTHING, so anyone referencing their kids in any communication is only acting out of self-interest in their pathetic little words. Gee, I mad at the father let’s attack defenseless children and his wife. Duh

As far as Sherry is concerned, unlike Janet Dutson, she is a private citizen and nothing else but. Nobody ever disputed that signing Dann’s name to ANY emails was a big mistake. They were private emails, and we are from the generation in which opening private mail is a federal offense.
She even signs his name when she writes “LOVE, Sherry and Dann”. She did that to me before I had even met Dann, so it’s a (bad) habit.
The emails were private. She’s a private citizen. She can do what she wants.
And they have both been completely – (sometimes embarassingly) transparent. But peole like you don’t want to hear the truth. I’ve been posting the truth for months.
Dutson groupies are like a dumb hungry mob on a drunken Dutson jag. And intelligent people are aware of that.
As far as Janet Dutson is conerned, she most certainly was NOT in the private sector when this business started. (And speaking of patronage…) it was after she was given the directorship of the Camden/Lincolnville/Rockport Chamber of Commerce that she hired her husband to work on their website.
It was then that he initiated the “Press release” feature and posted this phony press release:

Janet was the “Media Liason” and it was her job to monitor this new feature for inappropriate content. Not only was this content nothing but blatant lies, it was certainly NOT very appropriate for a Chamber to make such accusations – ESPECIALLY since they were done WITHOUT even notifying the object of these charges – the MOT.
There are certain polite protocols that should have been followed – ESPECIALLY by a bank manager. Why on earth woudl any legitimate business person allow such a thing?
I don’t know where you’re from , but in Mainstream America, this is considered very strange. Incredibly strange.
In fact, it casts a very bad light on the entire state.
Of course, ordinarily, you should just ignore the trolls. But here’s the problem:
The article stayed there for 5 months before the MOT even knew about it. By then, it had done quite a lot of damage. Everyone assumed that it, and all of Dutson’s lies and phony charges must be true, since nobody at the MOT had yet denied it.
Bu thtey couldn’t deny it, since they didn’t even know about it. (Unlike DUtson,they have lives).
And when the MOT finally saw the article and asked Dutson about it, he refused to talk to them.
They KEPT asking him, but all Dutson would do was rant, rave and accuse, and Nancy Marshall was only trying to be a good person by assuming he was… perhaps under stress ? (read: “crazy”) and she KEPT asking nicely if he would talk to her about it instead of telling nasty lies on his blog – especially since Dutson only deleted commments that told the truth. (He of course left the nasty commments, since that garnered sympathy for him.)
Mainers just don’t act like this. Most Mainers are really nice, and really direct. Of course everyone was astonished.
If Janet were just some barefoot in winter, pregnant in summer Stepford wife, then this outrageous behavior by her might be explained away.
But she is the manager of the main branch of the Camden National Bank!!
It’s all just too bizarre. She can’t be that stupid if she’s a bank manager. So she must be complicit in his crimes.
As far as his (or actually, Janet’s ) kids are concerned, HE was the one who exploited them by deceitfully using them to garner yet more sympathy. (”Daddy, Daddy – why is that person trying to hurt us?)
And of course, that was a lie as well.
